ORIVON
Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-18 · Effective 2026-09-18
1. Your account
You must give accurate information when you create an Orivon account, keep your sign-in details secure, and remain responsible for everything done through your account and by the people you invite to your company.
2. Subscription and billing
Orivon is sold as a monthly subscription per company, at the price shown when you subscribe. Payment is collected by our payment processor on our behalf. If a renewal payment fails, your access continues while we retry; after 15 days access becomes limited. Your company and your records are preserved, and full access returns once payment succeeds.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.
3. Payments from your customers
Accepting payments from your own customers through Orivon is a separate, optional service with its own setup and terms. Money your customers pay you is never Orivon subscription money, and your subscription is never paid from it.
4. Your content
Your estimates, invoices, photos, documents and customer records remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them so we can provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Orivon to break the law, to send anything unlawful or misleading to your customers, to attempt to access another company's records, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Availability and limitations
We work to keep Orivon available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Anything Orivon estimates or suggests automatically is guidance for your judgement, not a professional opinion, and you remain responsible for the prices, documents and commitments you send to your customers.
7. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Orivon at any time. We may end or limit an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms. We will not delete your company records simply because a payment failed.
8. Changes
If we change these terms we publish a new version with a new effective date, and the version you accepted stays on record.
