What we collect
Account details you give us (your name, email address and password), company details (company name, business phone and service postal code), the work you do in Orivon (estimates, change orders, invoices, projects, photos and documents), and basic technical records needed to keep the service secure.
Why we hold it
To provide the service, to show your company its own records, to send the emails the service depends on, to take subscription payment, to keep accurate financial and security records, and to meet our legal obligations.
Card details
Orivon never stores your card number. Subscription payments and payment-method changes are handled by our payment processor on their own systems.
Who can see your records
Your company's records are visible to the people you invite to your company and to customers you deliberately share a document with. Companies are separated from one another. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run Orivon: hosting and database storage, email delivery, and payment processing. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your company records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as we need them for legal, tax or dispute reasons. A failed payment never deletes your records.
Your choices
You can view and export your company records from inside Orivon, correct your account details, and ask us to delete your account. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
